By downloading, installing, or using Mahjong Dealer (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Teal Nebula, LLC ("Teal Nebula," "we," "us," or "our"), a North Carolina limited liability company.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of the applicable purchase price, Teal Nebula grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.
The App is a randomizer and reference tool for the game of mahjong. It rolls virtual dice, selects a dealer, and identifies a wall-break point using a pseudo-random number generator. It is provided for entertainment and convenience — it does not enforce game rules, verify hands, or referee play in any way. You are responsible for how you and your fellow players choose to play.
The App is offered as a one-time paid purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google under their own terms and refund policies — Teal Nebula does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds outside of those platforms' own processes.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEAL NEBULA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. TEAL NEBULA'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP, OR TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms will remain in effect.
